FISHFLIES PART 4 COVER PROCESS
…And the future of Fishflies revealed!
Hello Farmhands, this week I want to share the cover for the next chapter of my ongoing FISHFLIES comic. This one focuses on the character of Danny Laraque, who quickly became my favorite character to draw in this story.
Below is the preliminary sketch, the pencils, and then the final painted cover.
The serialization of Fishflies is going to go on a short hiatus until July. As my commitments to the Essex County TV show intensify, I haven’t been able to draw as much as I normally do, and I’ll need the extra time to stockpile enough pages for the next chapter.
In place of Fishflies, I’ll be posting a couple of new “From The Vault” installments this month about the creation of Sweet Tooth.
Franny, Danny, and The Bug will be back in July.
