Were you going to talk about Soft Instruments at all? I feel like that started before The Nobody?

I first read The Nobody at the Library in London Ontario when I first moved there. I was unemployed and had free time and found myself getting back into comics. The library was a good source of comics when I had a very strict budget.

I have been looking in vain for an affordable copy of The Nobody for years! So first, thanks for sharing an e-version. And second, I'd love for you to revise this book to make it what you want it to be...I'd sure buy a copy.

I realized I didn't have a digital version of this ( I have most of Lemire's work in digital ) neither a real world copy. So I have just ordered it.

The Nobody was the first work I read by you, I think in part due to the now long defunct Vertigo creator forum Standard Attrition. I absolutely loved it and still remember getting it signed at Fan Expo around when the complete Essex County had come out. I was very apologetic because I already had everything at your booth and was thus not able to buy anything but you were incredibly gracious. It was a lot of what cemented me as a fan and I still think back on it fondly.

I randomly found a copy at a book store in NYC a few years ago and had never heard of it prior. Dove right in on the train home, and it’s honestly been one of my favorite of your works since.
